Multiple Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.

Order Status & Tracking

UK and USA order tracking is provided. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package using the Royal Mail, Yodel, FedEx, UPS, DHL tracking service. Courier company will send you tracking updates via email .

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, email us at support@bmew.shop with your name and order number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll do our best to resolve it.
