Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All orders from B-Mew will be dispatched within 24 hours. Domestic deliveries will be delivered between 1-3 business days after shipping.

How do I track my order?

The tracking link can be accessed from the shipping confirmation email you received or you can enter your order number at "Order Status" on our website.

How can I return an item?

The return period for unused items with original packaging is 14 days. For return authorization, email support@b-mew.shop.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We currently don't accept prepaid gift cards.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.
